Company Charter

This charter was approved by the shareholders of the Company through a valid resolution of the 2017 General Meeting of Shareholders organized in the form of soliciting shareholder opinions in writing on July 7, 2017, and came into effect from July 7, 2017, in accordance with the provisions of the 2014 Enterprise Law.

This charter was approved by the shareholders of the Company through a valid resolution of the 2015 General Meeting of Shareholders organized in the form of soliciting shareholder opinions in writing on September 29, 2015, and came into effect from September 30, 2015, in accordance with the provisions of the 2014 Enterprise Law.
